Q
Quality
Work is finished to the standard the client signs off on, not the standard that passes at a glance.
About us
Tharaa Alfalah Technical Services LLC is a Dubai-based technical services and manpower supply company serving contractors, developers, facilities teams and commercial clients.
Who we are
We were set up to solve a familiar problem on UAE sites: a trade is short, a snag list is growing, or a work front opens earlier than planned, and the programme starts slipping while procurement runs its course.
Our answer is a straightforward one. Keep a bench of skilled trades and general workers, quote clearly, mobilise quickly, and stay reachable while the work is running. That is the whole business.
Today we cover eight core activities across maintenance, specialist trades and manpower supply, working on sites throughout Dubai and the wider UAE.
Our values
These are the standards our clients hold us to, and the ones we brief every worker against before deployment.
Work is finished to the standard the client signs off on, not the standard that passes at a glance.
Agreed dates are dates we mobilise on. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
We stay on a job until snagging is cleared, including the parts nobody enjoys.
Repeat work is the measure we care about, so we build for the next project, not the current invoice.
Safety and compliance
Site access requirements differ by client and developer. We prepare against yours rather than assuming a standard.
Every worker is briefed on site rules, PPE and the specific activity before mobilisation.
Worker documentation and site access paperwork are arranged ahead of the reporting date.
Teams work within your permit-to-work system and report to your appointed supervisor.
